Founded in 1968, Imperial Industries, Inc., through its subsidiaries, Premix-Marbletite Manufacturing Co. and Just-Rite Supply, Inc., is engaged in the manufacture and distribution of building materials throughout the Southeastern United States.
Premix-Marbletite Manufacturing Co. is a manufacturer and marketer of pool finish products, stucco products, roof tile mortar and plaster products. The manufactured products are used for the finish coatings of in-ground swimming pools, coatings for interior and exterior walls, and as mortars, for the attachment of ement roof tiles.
The Company's subsidiary, Just-Rite Supply, Inc., owns and operates the Company's distribution facilities. The Company distributes gypsum, roofing, stucco, masonry, millwork, insulation and other building products, as well as those products manufactured by the Company, to sub-contractors and builders.
