Mr. Ehler has been a Director of the Company since 2000. He has been the Principal Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer of the Company since March 1990 and Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer (through November 2005) and Secretary of the Company since April 1988. Prior thereto he was Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Assistant Secretary of the Company for over five years. In August 2004 Mr. Ehler assumed the position of President of Premix while maintaining his other positions with the Company.
